At MOKE APPAREL, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack Your Items
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all original brand tags are intact, and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized courier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
